Aspis Holdings Public Company Ltd announces that it has changed the period of acceptance of the Public Offer to the shareholders of Universal Life Insurance Public Company Ltd.
Aspis Holdings Public Company Ltd has sent the Public Offer document dated February 15, 2007 to all shareholders of Universal Life Insurance Public Company Ltd for the acquisition of up to 100% of its issued share capital with a proposed consideration of £3 per share.
The period of acceptance of the Public Offer to the shareholders of Universal Life Insurance Public Company Ltd will be extended until 30/3/2007, instead of 15/3/2007 mentioned in the public offer document. The remaining terms of the Public Offer will remain the same and are included in the document.
