Marfin Popular: Board meeting on 3/4 for capital structure

Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that the Board of Directors will meet on April 3, 2007 to examine issues concerning the capital structure of the Bank, within the framework of the authorizations that had been granted to the Board of Directors during the Extraordinary General Meeting on March 12, 2007 and the Extraordinary General Meeting on October 31, 2006.
