Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd would like to remind you that the period of exercise of the right to exit for the shareholders of Marfin Financial Group Holdings SA expires on 27.3.2007, pursuant to article 28 of N. 3461/2006 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Greece 1/409/29.12.2006.
The final timetable for the completion of the relevant procedures will depend on the safeguard of the necessary approvals or licenses by the competent authorities (Greek SEC, Cyprus SEC, CSE, ASE) and might be different from the timetable announced to SAT by the General Management of “HELLENIC EXCHANGES SA HOLDING”.
