Pursuant to the provisions of the CSE Law and Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of LEMECO SILVEX INDUSTRIES PUBLIC COMPANY LTD will meet on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 to deal with the following:
1. Approval of final results for the year ended December 31, 2006.
2. Setting of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
