Louis: Final results 2006 – AGM on 27/6 – Proposed div of 0.75 cents

At the meeting held on April 26, 2007, the Board of Directors of Louis plc decided the following:
1. Approved the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006.
2. Set the date for the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on June 27, 2007 at the Hilton Cyprus Hotel in Nicosia.
3. Decided to propose to the AGM the payment of a dividend of £0.0075 per share that corresponds to 7.5% on the nominal value of the share and stands at £3,170,355. Given that it will be approved by the AGM, it will be paid to the shareholders on August 3, 2007. It is noted that the proposed dividend is the same as those paid in the previous years.
The ex-dividend date will be on July 23, 2007, while the cum-dividend date is on July 20, 2007.
Copies will be available free of charge at the Company’s office, Louis House, 20 Amfipoleos. Strovolos, Nicosia and the Company’s website.
The final form of the Annual Report and the consolidated financial statements will be posted to the shareholders by June 4, 2007.
