The Board of Directors of Aiantas Investments Ltd will meet on Tuesday, June 29, 2004 at 4.00 pm at the Company’s office to examine the following issues:
1. The preparation of the special resolution for the change of the Company’s Articles of Association in view of its transfer to the “Other companies” sector.
