Lemeco: Final results 2006 – AGM on 12/6

At the meeting held on April 25, 2007, the Board of Directors of LEMECO SILVEX INDUSTRIES Public Company Ltd decided the following:
1. Examined and approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2006. The results are attached. Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 54 Griva Digeni, Silvex Court, 6th floor, 1080 Nicosia.
2. Set the date for the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 5.00 pm, 6th floor, Silvex Court, 54 Griva Digeni, 1080 Nicosia.
