MARFIN POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO. LTD announces the completion of the sale and transfer of 100% of the share capital of MARFIN BANK A.T.E from MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP SA HOLDINGS to the Bank against the sum of €616,533,000 on May 4, 2007.
