KG, CCCH, CCC: Board Meeting on 14/7 for buyback

The board of directors of K + G Complex Public Company Ltd, C.C.C. Holdings & Investments Public Company Ltd and The Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd will meet on 14th July 2005 to discuss the proposition of a resolution authorising the Board to buy back company’s own shares in accordance with to the Companies Law (Amendment) (No.2) of 2000.
