RAI replies to announcement of NDD Special Publications on legal action
With reference to the announcement of NDD Special Publications Ltd, subsidiary of Options Cassoulides Plc, dated May 15, 2007 on the filing of a legal action against RAI Consultants Public Ltd, our Company would like to announce the following:
1. According to our legal advisors, the action lacks a legal base and the Company does not intent to comment further on the above, respecting the procedure.
2. As regards to the comments on the announcement of NDD Special Publications, RAI would like to emphasize its long experience in the sector of survey, the confidence that its numerous customers have showed to it in Cyprus and overseas and its reliability in the past twelve years. We also reserve our rights in relation to this announcement.
