Board meeting of Christis Dairies Public Ltd for the preparation of a document on its opinion with regard to the Public Offer submitted by Vivartia SA
We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Christis Dairies Public Ltd will meet on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at 12.00 at the Company’s Head Office (Rodionos K. Riga, Ayios Athanasios Industrial Area, Limassol) to examine the following in relation to the Public Offer submitted by Vivartia SA for the acquisition of up to 100% of the issued share capital of the Company:
- Examination of the Public Offer Document submitted by Vivartia SA. The Document has been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Examination of the independent expert’s report, which states whether the proposed consideration is fair and reasonable, as well as the basis of calculation used for the determination of the proposed consideration.
- Preparation of a document which will express the opinion of the Board of Directors in relation to the Public Offer, pursuant to Article 32 of the Public Offering Law 2007.
