Further to our previous announcement dated June 5, 2007, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Christis Diaries Public Ltd scheduled for Wednesday, June 20, 2007 for the preparation of a document on its opinion on the Public Offer submitted by Vivartia SA, has been postponed and will take place on Friday, June 22, 2007 at 12.00 due to an impediment. The agenda will remain the same.
