We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd will meet on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 to examine the preliminary results for 2006 and the revised targets of the Three-Year Strategic Plan 2007 – 2009.
The indicative results for 2006 and the revised targets of the Three-Year Strategic Plan 2007 – 2009 will be announced to the CSE and the SEC on February 22, 2007 and to the brokers, financial analysts and media representatives later that day.
