USB: Board meeting on 24/4 for Interim Management Statement

Further to our announcement dated February 28, 2012 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of USB BANK PLC will meet on Tuesday 24 April 2012, to examine and approve between other matters, the unaudited Interim Management Statement for the period from 1 January 2012 to 24 April 2012, which has been prepared pursuant to the provisions of Article 11 of the Transparency Requirements Law 2007 and is attached.
