Stake of Vivartia in Christis after the transfer of 4.8m shares at 93.74%

With regard to the Public Offer submitted on May 24, 2007 to the shareholders of Christis Dairies Public Limited for the acquisition of up to 100% of the issued share capital of Christis Diaries Public Limited and expired on July 25, 2007, Vivartia SA announces that following the final audit carried out by the CSE Central Depository, the Acceptance Forms that were accepted were for 4,815,395 shares, which represent 8.803% of the issued share capital of Christis Dairies Public Limited.
With the acquisition of the aforementioned shares, Vivartia SA holds 51,274,092 shares of Christis Dairies Public Limited, which represent 93.737% of the Company’s issued share capital.
The consideration has been posted to all shareholders who accepted the Public Offer on August 23, 2007.
Vivartia SA would like to thank the shareholders of Christis Dairies Public Limited for accepting the Public Offer.
