Cyprus Airways six-month results 21.9.01

In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Stock Exchange Laws, Annex F, Part II - Specific Obligations for Announcement – we wish to inform you that on Friday, 21st September 2001, the Board of Directors of Cyprus Airways will convene in order to approve the announcement of the financial results of the Group for the first six months of 2001.
