Lemeco: Board meeting on 7/12 for acquisition of company with capital issue

At a meeting held on November 26, 2007 at the Company’s Head Office, the Board of Directors of Lemeco Silvex Industries Public Co. Ltd decided to hold a new meeting on December 7, 2007 at 4.00 pm.
The meeting will discuss the acquisition of a Company that is actively involved in manufactured goods except for papers and international trade, with the issue of new capital.
The acquisition will contribute significantly to the increase in the Company’s revenues and profitability.
