CPB: Board meeting on 16/2 for preliminary results & dividend – AGM on 25/5

Pursuant to the provisions of the CSE Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Popular Bank Ltd will meet on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 to examine the preliminary results for 2004 and the payment or not of a dividend.
The results will be announced to the CSE following the end of the meeting.
The results will be presented to analysts, stockbrokers and investors on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at 4.00 pm at the Popular Bank Cultural Centre, Arch. Makariou Avenue in Nicosia.
We also wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for May 25, 2005.
