CA Proposed Dividends of 25 cents

Cyprus Airways announced that during its Board meeting of the 17 May 2001, it approved the financial results of the company for the year ending 31 December 2000 and decided to propose to the AGM scheduled for the 4 July 2001 dividends payments equalling CYP 277.599 which equals 25 cents per share, for the year 2000.
