HB changes Finance Director

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that it has appointed Mr. Antonis Rouvas as new Finance Director, replacing Mr. G. Appios, who handed in his resignation and withdrew from the Group on December 31, 2007. Mr. Antonis Rouvas will undertake his duties on March 1, 2008.
