CSE: CCC to list 541.6k shares

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 541,574 ordinary shares of “The Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd”, which have resulted from the exercise of Warrants 2007/2009.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will increase to 118,461,604 shares. It is noted that the Warrants 2007/2009 will drop to 11,084,602.
Their trading will commence on Thursday, January 31, 2008.
