We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd will meet on Thursday, February 28, 2008 to examine the preliminary results for 2007, the revised targets of the Three-Year Strategic Plan 2008 – 2010 and the possible payment of a final dividend for 2007.
The indicative results for 2007, the decisions on the final dividend 2007 and the revised targets of the Three-Year Strategic Plan 2008 – 2010 will be announced to the CSE and the SEC after the end of the meeting and at a meeting with the stockbrokers, the financial analysts and media representatives on February 29, 2008.
