CSE: Redenomination of nominal value of Lemeco in euros

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the nominal value of the share of Lemeco Silvex Industries Public Company Ltd is redenominated from £0.05 to €0.09. The issued share capital remains at 43,700,000 shares. This change was based on the special resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 28, 2008.

This change will be effective from Thursday, January 31, 2008.
