Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that at the meeting held on February 14, 2008, the Board of Directors decided to cancel the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for February 20, 2008 due to the new developments that emerged and to hold a new Extraordinary General Meeting on March 26, 2008 on the redenomination of the Bank’s share capital from Cyprus pounds in euros.
