Lemeco: Final results and AGM date on 18/4

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Lemeco Silvex Industries Public Company Ltd announces that it will meet on Friday, April 18, 2008 at 4.00 pm at the Company’s Head Office to examine the following:
1. The final audited results for the year ended December 31, 2007.
2. The setting of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
The results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
