CSE: Redenomination of nominal value of Hellenic Bank shares

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the nominal value of the share of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd is redenominated from £0.25 to €0.43. Its issued share capital remains 290,942,990 shares. This change was based on a special resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 26, 2008.

This change will be effective from Thursday, April 10, 2008.
