RAI: Board meeting on 21/4 for final results 2007 and AGM date

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of RAI CONSULTANTS PUBLIC LTD will meet on Monday, April 21, 2008 at 5.00 pm to examine and approve the final results for the year ended December 31, 2007. The meeting will deal with the following:

1. Approval of the final results for the year ended December 31, 2007.

2. Setting of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
