We wish to announce the issue of 43,518 new ordinary shares of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd on May 26, 2008, which were offered gratis to 714 staff members of Hellenic Bank pursuant to the Special Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 30, 2001.
The shares were allocated gratis to staff members as an incentive for the promotion/sale of products and services of Hellenic Bank.
The bank has submitted an application for the listing of the shares in the CSE and the first day of trading will be announced after the acceptance for their listing.
