Lemeco appoints H. Kokkinos as Board member

We wish to inform the competent authorities and the investing public that in its announcement dated April 24, 2008 the Company erroneously failed to announce the appointment of Mr. Haris Kokkinos as Board member, replacing the outgoing Board member, Mr. Giorgos Constantinou.

Mr. Kokkinos’ appointment will be effective from April 23, 2008.
