HB: 4.98m shares resulted from reinvestment – Payment of final dividend 2007

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces the payment of the final dividend 2007 to the shareholders on 7/7/2008 (either via the dispatch of cheques or the credit of their accounts). On the same day, the bank allocated the shares to all those who wish to reinvest fully or partly the net sum of their dividend in Hellenic Bank shares. The reinvestment percentage stood at 40.04%.

The shares resulting from the reinvestment are 4,975,266 and they will be listed in the CSE soon.
