Avacom: Final results 2007 – AGM on 29/8
At the meeting held on July 7, 2008, the Board of Directors of Avacom Public Company Ltd dealt with the following:
1. Examined and approved the audited results for the year ended December 31, 2007.
2. Decided that the Annual General Meeting take place on August 29, 2008 at 12.30 pm at the Company’s office, 213 Strovolou Avenue, Nicosia.
The Annual Report and the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007 will be posted to the beneficiaries pursuant to the CSE Law and Regulations.
Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 213 Strovolou, 2090 Nicosia.
