CSE: HB to list 4,98m shares

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 4,975,266 ordinary shares of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd, which have resulted from the reinvestment of the final dividend 2007.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 295,961,774 shares.
Their trading will commence on July 23, 2008.
