CTO: Sale of the lease of property from Explosal against €4.4m

The Board of Directors of C.T.O. Public Company Limited (former: Lemeco Silvex Industries Public Co Ltd) wish to announce that its subsidiary company Explosal Limited, has sold the lease on property in the Larnaca Commercial Zone, along with the building under construction for the amount of €4.400.000.

The net profit which is expected to result from the sale, is expected to total €2.800.000, before taxation.
