Caramondani: Sell Out period expired – Delistment application

C.B. Holdings Limited (“C.B. Holdings”) announces that the Sell Out period for Caramondani Bros’ shareholders who hadn’t accept the Public Offer, expired on July 18, 2008.
At first sight the overall percentage of Caramondani Bros shareholders that showed interest to exercise Sell Out rights reaches 0,82%, as letters for 82.385 Caramondani Bros shares have been submitted. The overall percentage that C.B. Holdings will possess when the shares are transferred, added to 93,00% that C.B. Holdings already possesses, gives C.B. Holdings overall participation of 93,82% in the total capital share of Caramondani Bros.
Caramondani Bros company will apply for the delistment of its titles from the CSE, but it will remain a public compan.
