Regallia: Six-month results 2006

Pursuant to the CSE Circulars dated 27/04/2002, we wish to submit the six-month results and the explanatory report of REGALLIA HOLDINGS & INVESTMENTS LTD approved by the Board of Directors on August 3, 2006, pursuant to paragraphs 25 and 27(5), Part IV, Appendix F (Regulation 81(1)).
The un-audited results together with the explanatory report will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in a national newspaper.
