HB: Six-month results 2008 – Board meeting on 10/9 for interim dividend

Further to the meeting of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd held today, which approved the results for the first half ended June 30, 2008 and pursuant to the CSE Regulations, we attach the results of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd for the six months ended June 30, 2008.
Please note that the results will be available free of charge at the Bank’s registered office, Limassol and 200 Athalassas Avenue, 2025 Strovolos, Nicosia and its website, www.hellenicbank.com. The results will be published in newspaper “Phileleftheros” on Friday, August 29, 2008.
Pursuant to the relevant Law and Regulations, Hellenic Bank announces that its Board of Directors will meet on September 10, 2008 to examine the possible payment or not of an interim dividend for 2008.
