Avacom: Six-month results 2008 – Possible sale of investment in Ceilfloor
At the meeting held on 31/8/2008, the Board of Directors of Avacom Public Company Limited approved the unaudited consolidated results for the period ended June 30, 2008.
The results will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in the daily press on Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Copies of the indicative results together with the explanatory report will be available at the Company’s registered office, 213 Strovolou Avenue, Nicosia.
At the same meeting, the Board of Directors dealt with the results of Ceilfloor Public Company Ltd and its Extraordinary General Meeting. After the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting and taking into account the fact that a similar resolution had been rejected by the minority shareholders, it decided to examine the possible sale of part or all of its investment in it.
