Subject: Intention for Public Offer of SFS Group Public Company Ltd to Triaina Investments Public Company Ltd subject to the amendment of its Articles of Association
Further to the announcement of SFS Group Public Company Ltd dated July 4, 2007 on the issue above, we wish to inform you that the announcement concerned the intention for Public Offer and not a final decision and was released pursuant to article 6(4) of the Public Offering Law 2007 and not pursuant to article 6(2) of the Law mentioned in the previous announcement.
