HB: Payment of interim dividend 2008 – Allocation of shares from reinvestment

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that the interim dividend 2008 has been paid to the shareholders (either by post or via the credit of their accounts) on 20/10/2008. On the same day, the Bank allocated shares to all those who selected to reinvest fully or partly the net sum of the interim dividend in shares of Hellenic Bank. The reinvestment rate stood at 17.02%.

The shares resulting from the reinvestment are 1,346,709 and will be listed in the CSE.
