CSE: Redenomination of nominal value of RAI share

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the nominal value of the share of R.A.I Consultants Public Ltd is redenominated from £0.10 to €0.17. Its issued capital remains 11,428,573 shares. This change was based on the Special Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 20, 2008.

This change will be effective from Tuesday, November 4, 2008.
