CSE: HB to list 1.4m shares

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 1,346,709 ordinary shares of “Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd”, which have resulted from the reinvestment of the interim dividend 2008.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 297,308,483 shares.
Their trading will commence on Thursday, November 6, 2008.
