CSE: HB to list 3,332 shares

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 3,332 ordinary shares of “Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd”, which were issued in the name of “Hellenic Bank Trust & Finance Corporation Ltd” as trustees of 39 shareholders of “Pancyprian Finance Ltd”, who continued to be shareholders of the Company within the framework of the reorganization and merger procedure with Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 297,311,815 shares.
Their trading will commence on Thursday, November 13, 2008.
