New board member for Aiantas

During a board meeting of Aiantas Investments Ltd. of the 18 February 2002, it was decided to appoint Mr. Theodoros Charalambous, Executive Director of Tsokkos Hotels Ltd., as a new board member of the company in place of Mr. Christos Theodoulou who resigned from his position.
