CSE: C.T.O to list 165m shares

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 165,000,000 ordinary shares of C.T.O Public Company Ltd, which have been issued as a consideration for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Explosal Trading Ltd.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 208,700,000 shares.
Their trading will commence on Wednesday, January 14, 2009.
