CSE: Marfin CLR to list 85m shares

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58(1) of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 85,712,953 shares of Marfin CLR Public Co Ltd (ΛΕΠΕ/ LI), which will be offered as an exchange to all shareholders of CLR Capital Public Ltd to the ratio of 1 share of Marfin CLR Public Co Ltd against 2,684 shares of CLR Capital Public Ltd (or 0.3726 shares of Marfin CLR Public Co Ltd for every share of CLR Capital Public Ltd) within the framework of the merger via the absorbance of CLR Capital Public Ltd.

The shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 285,712,953 shares.

Their trading will commence on Wednesday, January 21, 2009.
