We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd will meet on Thursday, February 26, 2009 to examine the preliminary results for 2008 and the possible payment or not of a final dividend for 2008.
The indicative results for 2008 and the decisions for the final dividend 2008 will be announced to the CSE and the SEC after their approval by the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd.
