HB HBDE bonds ex-interest on 23/3
Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that the interest of the Bonds 2011 (HBDE) with an interest rate of 6.00% (pursuant to their issue terms) is payable on 31.03.2009.
It is noted that the beneficiaries of the interest rate will be all bond holders (Bonds 2011) registered as at March 26, 2009 (record date T+3).
As a result, the Bonds 2011 will trade ex-interest from March 23, 2009.
It is reminded that investors registered in the Members Registry on the record date or hold securities based on an off-floor transfer which will be completed until the record date, are entitled to the interest rate.
