CPB: LGCS Capital Securities ex-interest on 15/12

The interest of the Capital Securities of the Cyprus Popular Bank Ltd is payable every three months on 31st of March, 30 June, 30 September and 31st December. The interest for the period to 31st December 2004 will be paid to those registered on the Debentures Holders Registry on the 17th December 2004. In accordance with the Trading Rules of the Cyprus Stock Exchange as from 15 December these Debentures will be traded ex-interest.
