The Board of Directors announces the resignation of Mr. Yiannakis Mousas from his position as Board member from April 7, 2009. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Mousas for his contribution to the Company.
The Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Loizos Hadjiloizou as new Board member from April 7, 2009.
The Board of Directors also announces that from April 1, 2009, L.I.C.A Secretarial Services Ltd is the new Secretary and Mr. Maria Panayiotou is the new Compliance Officer.
