The Board of Directors announces that it will meet on Friday, April 24, 2009 at 10.00 am at the Company’s Head Office to examine the following:
1. The final results for the year ended December 31, 2008.
2. The setting of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
3. Miscellaneous.
The final results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
